This is your
permission slip...
 to LET IT ALL OUT.
Â
As women, we hold and carry so much. Oftentimes, we push down our anger and run on outdated programming of being obedient good girls.Â
Fuck that.Â
Â
It's time to befriend your rage. To listen to what it's saying. To honor and acknowledge it. To use it as fuel.
To alchemize it into gold.Â
Â
Do you feel the call?Â
Are you ready for a rebirth?Â
We get it.
A retreat may be out of reach.Â
Â
Leaving for a week to go to another country feels impossible.
Â
BUT
escaping for TWO DAYS within an hour or two drive FOR A WEEKEND feels way more doable. That's why we are creating this retreat with you in mind - to make it as easy as possible for you to say yes.Â
Â
We don't want to convince you. You already know you could use a break and it's probably been a super long time since you did anything like this for yourself - especially without any guilt.Â
Â
You have to be willing though. Of course it's going to be a little bit of an initiation to have enough courage to step away from your roles and responsibilities and for the first time in a long time, put yourself first.Â
Here's Your ChanceRage Release Rebirth Retreat
is a three day, two night experience for women at the Harmony Mountain House in New Jersey.Â
Â
Â
This is not a retreat for the polite or the performative. This is for the women who are done dimming down, swallowing words, and holding generations of grief, rage, and silence in our bodies. It's time to let it out.
Â
Rage Release Rebirth is a primal return—a ritual space where we scream, shake, sweat, dance, cry, and roar. Through yoga, dance, nature, ceremony, and ritual, we honor the sacred anger within us—personal and ancestral.Â
Â
Rage is not a flaw.
It’s a compass. A call.
A source of sacred power. Let's learn to harness it.
This retreat is about rage as medicine—not destruction, but purification.
And the only way out is through.

What's included?
- Beautiful accommodations at Harmony Mountain House (camping, glamping, shared and private options)
-
Wholesome, nourishing and local plant based meals
-
 Daily yoga + breathwork sessionsÂ
- Rage rituals, Rebirth ceremonies and Sacred circles
- Access to nature, the grounds and garden
- Optional downtime for rest and solitudeÂ
- Free use of the hot tub and sauna
- Pre-retreat group intention setting call
- Post-retreat integration circle
- Sisterhood bonds and loving support
We go where most spaces won’t—into the raw, real, uncomfortable truths that live in your body, your lineage, and your life.
Â
Here's what sets us apart:
Â
We center rage as sacred.
Most spaces fear anger. We honor it. We make space for it.
We use it as fuel for transformation.
We move our bodies & amplify beauty.
We combine ancient feminine wisdom with body-based practices that help you release what words alone can’t touch.
We break the performance.
There’s no pressure to be “nice,” spiritual, or composed.
We prefer messy, real and raw.
This is not just a weekend high.
Although you will leave flying high you'll also leave with tools, embodiment practices, and a group of soul sisters so the transformation doesn’t end when you leave.
Â
This retreat doesn't just feel good.
It changes you—in your cells, your nervous system, your story.Â
Ready to have some fun?
Â
YES I AM!
Why Harmony Mountain House?
Harmony Mountain House is more than just a boutique retreat center—it’s a co‑creative, community-driven space where embodiment, ceremony, and deep connection meet intentional hospitality.
We chose Harmony Mountain House because it doesn’t just hold space—it amplifies it. This sacred mountain sanctuary is rooted in beauty, healing, and deep permission. It’s not a resort. It’s not flashy. It’s real, raw, and reverent—just like the work we’re here to do.
Tucked in the hills of Philipsburg, NJ, the land itself is a co-facilitator: quiet woods, open sky and cozy nooks that invite tears, truth, and stillness. The house wraps you in warmth with communal living, a wood-fired sauna, a gorgeous sun kissed studio, nourishing meals, and thoughtfully designed rooms named after sacred places.
Best of all, it is owned and operated by women who also fiercely support and are devoted to women's work.
It’s a rare blend of wildness and safety—where you’re allowed to come undone and be completely held in it.
We didn’t just want a venue. We wanted a container that could meet the depth of our intention. And we found it here.

To honor women's preferences and budgets, we are offering four different options:Â
Â
Camping: Unplug and reconnect under the sky—bring your own tent or hammock and sleep close to the forest. Access to shared bathrooms, hot tub, infrared sauna, movement studio, bonfire pit, communal kitchen and lounge. This is our most budget friendly option but requires you to have your own gear.Â
Â
Glamping: Elevated yurts offer a cozy outdoor sleep with more structure. Enjoy amenities like plush bedding, nearby trails, and easy access to communal spaces. Feels rustic and rich with cute and comfy designs.Â
Â
Shared Room:Â Prefer to be inside but don't need your own room? Stay in one of the beautifully curated bedrooms named after magical locations around the world. All share the three full baths (two with jacuzzi tubs), additional shower room, and two half-baths.
Â
Private Room: Craving some alone time? Private rooms include a comfy queen or full day-bed plus love seat—made for personal rest, reflection, and retreat. Enjoy dedicated personal space while still having full access to communal rituals, meals, hot tub, sauna, movement studio, trails, and fire pit.
Â
What about shared amenities?
Â
Everything in the house and land is shared including three bathrooms with luxurious tubs, plus extra showers & half baths.Â
There are tons of adorable community areas: two living rooms, full kitchens, dining spaces, a 1,000 sq ft movement studio, trail access, a bonfire pit, hammocks, hot tub, infrared sauna plus lots of nooks for chilling and chatting.
Plus, there are extensive arrays of books, tarot and oracle cards, herbs and a small boutique shop with locally made goodies.
Â
These options were curated to meet you exactly where you're at—whether you're craving raw communion with the wild, cozy co-living with fellow seekers, or quiet internal reconnection.

 Who's Leading this Retreat?Â

Hi, I'm Amanda.Â
I am a radical woman devoted to nourishing women and their families. As a ceremonialist and circle facilitator, I founded the Red Rose Temple, a sacred space in the Poconos that centers beauty, sisterhood and community. I am also a birth doula and support sovereign pregnancies and births. I am deeply passionate about holding intentional space and curating experiences for transformation. I'm also the founder of Spark Nature, a forest school for children, and a homebirth mama of three.
Hey, I'm Brandi.
I am a multidimensional artist, space holder, and sacred disruptor devoted to creating portals of transformation through ritual, creative expression, and elemental healing. As the founder of Spitfire Labs and the visionary behind Flower Moon Festival, I bring my passion for reclaiming inner power and emotional alchemy into everything I touch. With a grounded yet mystical presence, I love to guide others to move through rage, release, and rebirth with authenticity, beauty, and fierce tenderness—reminding us that we are allowed to take up space, burn through old stories, and rise rooted in our truth. Â
